Last Christmas, when my colleague Briony asked if I could bake and deliver (thanks Carlo!) some cookie presents for her editors, I had no idea we'd be dubbed as a cookie delivery service. But here we are! I *love* baking up a beautiful batch of Belgian dark chocolate cookies, but I had no idea I'd enjoy the delivery part so much too. Many of the orders we get are gifts for a loved one, and the looks of surprise and joy on the recipient's face is priceless. I think it makes me just as happy as it makes them!
